I’m a designer on a mission to make the world a better place.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with nonprofits and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on global health, environment, and women’s empowerment initiatives, as well as with government agencies to improve hiring practices and the delivery of government services to Veterans.
Over the years, I’ve worked in-house, as a contractor, and with a creative agency to become an expert in user experience design, as well as visual design. I have experience in all phases of a project – from the early stages of discovery and strategy to design and implementation. I’ve served as a design manager and team lead to successfully deliver responsive websites, native mobile apps, and data visualizations.
I’m a systems-thinker and have developed a speciality in design systems – creating and contributing to several design systems and design libraries. Most recently, I led the creation of a native mobile design system and built a system of design tokens, components, and patterns. I’m passionate about creating accessible and inclusive experiences, and incorporate best practices into all of my work.
As a colleague, I pride myself on being a kind, curious, and hard-working teammate with a good sense of humor. I enjoy collaborating with engineers, product managers, researchers, writers, and accessibility specialists, and am always looking for opportunities to partner with them.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, learning, and exploring the great outdoors. As of 2025, I’ve traveled to 16 countries, 28 states, and 21 national parks, and have gained an immense appreciation for our planet and all the different people and cultures that live on it.
